This is the DFW_CHAT echomail conference - moderated by yours truly, Ron Bemis.
Almost any type of conversation is welcome here, including mature arguing and
debating. Here's what is NOT allowed:
Mud-slinging, name calling, temper tantrums.
Any type of advertising, including BBS ads.
Solicitations for money or services.
Quoting Bible scripture or proselytizing.
Reading or writing messages while naked.
Writing more than 5 messages in a row.
Annoying use of the English language.
Typing "I know I'm off topic" doesn't make it okay, it's just admitting that you
realize you're breaking the rules.
Aliases and handles are allowed here, provided that each message contains the
poster's real name either in the FROM field or as a signature.
Although this is a local conference, messages posted here should conform to the
backbone standard (file request BB_PROCD.A01).
This area is open to anyone who can access it - FidoNet sysops, othernet sysops,
point operators, users, and Bryny - provided they follow the rules above.
However, a handful of twits have been banned:

Access to FidoNet echomail is *free* on all BBSs in the DFW area.
If you're a user, and your sysop is charging you for echomail access,
you're probably being ripped off. Complain profusely.
